How to use it

1Fill in your company name, a customer’s first name, the crew lead and your Google review link.
2Find your review link in your Google Business Profile: open it and choose Ask for reviews (or Get more reviews), then copy the link.
3Send the first text the evening of the move, while the customer is happy and the crew is fresh in their mind.
4Send one reminder two days later only if they have not reviewed. Never offer money or gifts for reviews.

When should a mover ask for a review?

The evening of the move or the next morning. The customer remembers the crew, feels relieved, and is often unpacking with their phone nearby.

Can I offer a discount for a Google review?

No. Google does not allow rewards for reviews, and reviews you pay for can be removed. Ask every customer the same way, without anything in return.

Should I only ask happy customers?

Ask every customer. Picking only happy customers goes against Google’s rules. If someone had a problem, the email template invites them to reply so you can fix it.

How many times should I ask?

Twice at most: once right after the move and one gentle reminder a couple of days later.
