Text messaging terms

The messaging program

LeadKeet sends text messages for moving companies that use our service, to people who contacted those companies, and for LeadKeet itself, to moving companies that ask about or use LeadKeet.

Messages you may receive

Replies to your call, text, form or message, including price ranges and available dates.
Estimates, booking confirmations, reminders and arrival notices for your move.
Invoices, payment links and receipts.
A review request after your move, and occasional referral messages from the moving company.
For moving companies: demo and setup messages, account alerts and replies from your LeadKeet assistant.

You receive texts because you contacted the business or opted in, for example by calling, texting, filling in a form or booking a move. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying any service.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies with your conversation and your move. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will get one message confirming you have opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@leadkeet.com.

WhatsApp and Telegram

Moving companies can choose to run their LeadKeet assistant and receive alerts over WhatsApp or Telegram instead of text messages. Those messages also follow each app’s own terms. Disconnect at any time by messaging “stop alerts” or from your account settings.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our privacy policy.
