Data deletion
LeadKeet customers
Text your LeadKeet assistant “delete my account”, or email hello@leadkeet.com from the address on your account. We confirm the request, hand over your records if you want them, and delete your data within 30 days.
Facebook and Instagram
To remove our access, open Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, select LeadKeet and remove it. Then email us and we delete the data we received from Facebook and Instagram, including access tokens and post statistics, within 30 days.
Remove LeadKeet from your Google Account under Security, then Third-party apps with account access, and email us to delete the data we received.
Customers of a moving company
If a moving company that uses LeadKeet has your details, contact that company first. You can also email us with the company’s name and we will help them handle your request. To stop texts at any time, reply STOP.
What happens next
We confirm by email when deletion is complete. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept only as long as required.
