Privacy policy

Summary

LeadKeet runs websites, social posts, lead answering, booking and payments for moving companies. We collect what we need to do that, we never sell personal information, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email, phone, business name, service area and billing contact.
Business details: your logo, rates, services, license details and anything else you want on your website.
Content you send us: job photos and video clips from you and your crews, and your existing website content.
Connected accounts: access tokens from Facebook, Instagram and Google that let us post for you, and the statistics those platforms share.
Messages with your assistant: what you send your LeadKeet assistant by text, WhatsApp or Telegram, so it can do what you ask.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Website visitors: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

Your customers’ information

When people contact your business, LeadKeet processes their information on your behalf: names, phone numbers, email addresses, move details, call recordings or transcripts, messages, estimates and payment status. You decide how it is used, and we only use it to provide the service to you. We do not contact your customers for our own marketing.

How we use it

To build and host your website, make and publish your posts, and answer and book your leads.
To send estimates, booking confirmations, arrival notices, review requests and invoices for your business.
To run your account: billing, support, alerts and your weekly report.
To keep the service secure and improve how it works.

Text messages

We send texts only to people who contacted the business or opted in, and every conversation includes a way to opt out. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Service providers and AI

We use trusted providers for hosting, storage, phone calls and texting, email, payments (Stripe), social posting and AI. AI tools help us answer calls and texts, write posts and captions, edit job videos and summarize conversations. These providers process data only to deliver our service and under contracts that protect it.

We share content with the platforms you connect when we post for you, with Stripe when payments are made, and with the providers above. We share information if the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. When you leave, we hand over your records, then delete your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records such as invoices by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. See data deletion for the quickest way, or email hello@leadkeet.com. If you are a customer of a moving company that uses LeadKeet, contact that company first; we will help them handle your request.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and connected-account access can be revoked from the platform itself at any time.

Children

LeadKeet is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
