Terms of service

The service

LeadKeet builds and hosts your website and local pages, makes and publishes social and Google posts from your job photos, answers calls and messages for your business, and provides estimates, booking, payments and reporting.

Your account

You must be 18 or older, authorized to act for your business, and hold the licenses and registrations your moving business needs where you operate. Keep your login and connected phones secure and tell us about any unauthorized use.

Your content and photos

You keep ownership of everything you send us and give LeadKeet permission to use it to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use the photos and videos you send, including consent from customers for photos taken in or around their homes. We add photo consent wording to your booking terms to help, and we keep faces, house numbers and personal items out of posts.

Your website and domain

Your domain is always yours. LeadKeet keeps the rights to its templates and software. The content, photos and videos we make for your business are yours to keep.

Calls and texts

We text only people who contacted your business or opted in, include opt-out instructions and honor opt-outs. You agree not to ask us to message people without consent. Text messaging follows our texting terms, and social messages follow the platforms’ own rules, including reply windows.

The AI assistant

Your AI receptionist and text assistant act on the rates, rules and information you give us. Price ranges it gives are estimates; you set and confirm final prices. Anything that reaches a customer or moves money at your request is confirmed with you first. Tell us about any mistake and we will correct it promptly.

Payments

Customer payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Connect and paid out to your own bank account under Stripe’s terms. LeadKeet never holds your funds. Stripe’s processing fees apply, and any LeadKeet platform fee is shown to you before you turn payments on. You handle refunds and disputes with your customers.

Plans and billing

The monthly plan is $249 billed monthly in advance; the annual plan is $2,490 billed yearly. Both renew automatically until cancelled. There is no setup fee. Founder pricing stays at $249 a month for as long as the subscription stays active. Normal use of calls, texts and AI for a moving company is included; we will contact you before any change if an account’s use is far outside that.

Results

We do the work that brings movers leads, but search engines and social platforms control rankings and reach, and customers decide whether to book. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads or bookings.

Cancelling and handover

You can cancel the monthly plan any time; it runs to the end of the paid month. When you leave, we hand over a static copy of your website, your lead and customer records, and your job photos and videos, free of charge. We may suspend or end an account that breaks our acceptable use policy or does not pay.

Liability

We provide the service with care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

We will email you before any material change to these terms takes effect.
