Acceptable use policy

Purpose

LeadKeet is for licensed moving companies marketing their own services honestly. This policy keeps the service trusted by customers, carriers and platforms.

Not allowed

• Using LeadKeet for a business you do not own or represent, or without the licenses your moving work requires.
• Misleading prices, bait-and-switch quotes or hidden fees.
• Photos or videos you do not have the rights or the customer’s consent to use.
• Content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or that impersonates another business.
• Trying to misuse, overload or reverse-engineer the AI assistant, phone or messaging systems.

Messaging rules

• No texts or calls to people who have not contacted your business or opted in.
• No bought, rented or scraped contact lists.
• Honor every opt-out immediately. We do this automatically; do not work around it.
• Social messages follow each platform’s rules, including only replying to people who messaged first.

Reviews

Ask every customer the same way. No buying reviews, no fake reviews, no offering rewards for good reviews and no filtering requests to happy customers only.

Enforcement

We may pause messaging or posting, or suspend an account, while we look into a problem, and end accounts that break this policy.
