Storage
Moving Storage in NYC When Your Dates Don’t Line Up
New York leases rarely end and start on the same day. When there’s a gap, we pick up your things, keep them in our secure Brooklyn warehouse and deliver them when your new place is ready, whether that’s a week or a year later.
Everything is wrapped, listed on an inventory and loaded into sealed wooden vaults, so it isn’t handled again until delivery. Text or chat for a reply in under a minute, or call (212) 555-0142.

Quick answer
How much does storage cost in NYC?
Storage with us usually costs $160 to $640 a month, depending on how much space your things take. We store in sealed wooden vaults inside our Brooklyn warehouse, at $160 per vault per month with a one-month minimum and no long contract. Pickup and delivery are billed like any move, at $165 an hour for two movers and a truck, or as one agreed price. Your things are wrapped, inventoried and stay in the same vault until you need them.
Typical job · Example pricesMost studio and 1-bedroom loads fit in one or two vaults, $160–$320 a month. 2-bedrooms usually need three or four, $480–$640 a month. Larger homes are quoted after a video walkthrough.

Real reviews
Don’t take our word for it
Our closing slipped by two weeks, so they stored everything and delivered it the day we got the keys. Two weeks of storage cost us less than three nights in a hotel would have.
We got a text at 7:40 saying the crew was ten minutes out, and they rang the bell at 7:52. Our 2-bedroom on the 4th floor was empty by noon, and they still rebuilt the bed frame at the new place before leaving.
They quoted 3 to 4 hours for my studio, it took 3½, and the bill was exactly 3½ hours at the rate they gave me. No stair fee, no fuel charge, no mystery materials line. I’ve moved four times in this city and that’s a first.

Storage questions answered
Still not sure? Ask us. We reply in under a minute.
Chat nowCan you store items if my dates don’t line up?
Yes, that’s what most of our storage is for. We pick up on your move-out day and deliver on your move-in day, whether the gap is three days or three months.
Is there a minimum storage period?
One month. After that it’s month to month, and storage ends whenever you book your delivery.
Are items insured in storage?
Yes. Your things are covered while they’re in our care, and we put the cover details in writing with your quote. You can add extra protection for high-value items.
Can I get to my things?
Yes, by appointment with two working days’ notice. We can bring your vault to the loading area, or deliver a few boxes to you.
Do I need to pack everything for storage?
Boxes should be packed and taped shut, and we wrap the furniture. If you’d rather not pack, our packers can do it the day before pickup.
Can you store things during a long-distance move?
Yes. If your new home in another state isn’t ready, we hold your things in Brooklyn and send the crew when it is.
