The pickup meant carrying it down a brownstone stoop; the drop-off was three flights up a narrow stair with one tight turn. Marcus, our crew lead for piano jobs, looked over a video of the Williamsburg stairwell before we quoted, and we agreed a fixed price for the job.

The office manager sent floor plans for both spaces three weeks ahead, and we agreed a fixed price before the weekend.
